We are planning an exceptional conference for you all and look forward to announcing the presenters and keynote speakers soon.

While we have had amazing speakers in the past, this year we will also incorporate the voices of our members in a panel discussion that will allow us all to share what is working and what isn’t across organizations. We all have questions we would like to get multiple perspectives on, from topics such how to work with 3rd party recruitment organizations, pipeline building, interview processes, competitive offers in today’s physician & mid-level recruitment landscape, retention practices, and rural recruitment road blocks, etc.

We are asking each of you to submit 3 of your most pressing concerns and we will choose the top 10 most frequently occurring questions to address in the panel comprised of our fellow recruiters.
